What airport should I fly to?
We recommend flying into and departing from Kelowna, BC. Kelowna is the closest international airport; it has the most ingoing/outgoing flights and has a variety of rental cars companies within the terminal. Distance from the Kelowna International Airport (YLW) to CKMP is just under 2 hours (140km).
Do I have to rent a car to get to CKMP?
Yes, and we recommend that you request winter tires when booking.

Trips are non-refundable unless trip cancelation insurance is purchased.
Because we are only open four months of the year, and our capacity is limited, we operate on a first come, first served basis. Although not always possible, we try our best to give you at least one week to decide if you would like to book before offering the same set of dates to another group.
After October 1, all packages must be paid in full when booking. Before this, a 50% deposit is required to secure your spot.
We have several options for paying for a trip. The most common is for us to send you a link with instructions on completing the payment and registration process online. For corporate bookings, we prefer wire transfer (EFT), but we could also take the payment over the phone or email you an invoice that you can pay through. CKMP accepts Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit, prepaid credit cards, EFTs, E-Transfers, and checks.
CKMP offers a payment plan for any trip booked before October 1. The initial payment is 50% and is required when booking. The remaining 50% is due October 1. All packages after October 1 must be paid in full when booking.
Yes, you can book solo but you will be paired up with another group to ride with based on your riding ability. If you book as a solo rider or an odd-number group, there is a chance that you will be paired up with another individual.
To receive the dates of your choosing, it is always better to book as far in advance as possible; we will accommodate any booking up to two years in advance.
If you need to rent a sled from CKMP you need to be at least 16 years old, hold a valid driver’s license, and be accompanied by a guardian.
